The wet material is sent to the hopper by the belt conveyor or the bucket elevator, and then enters the feeding end through the feeding pipe by the feeder of the hopper.The slope of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material can flow into the dryer smoothly.The dryer drum is a rotating drum that is slightly tilted from the horizontal line.The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end, and contacts with the material in reverse flow. Also, the heat carrier and the material flow into the cylinder body together, and a copy board is installed on the wall inside the cylinder body. Its role is to copy up the material and scatter it, so that the contact surface between the material and the airflow increases, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the advance of the material.The dried materials fall on the conveyor belt through the outlet and are fed into the finished warehouse.
It is suitable for drying and dehumidifying 4-120 mesh finished quartz sand or bulk quartz ore under 10 cm.It has the advantages of large output, high purity, no pollution, high efficiency and clean energy.
