Outstanding advantages
The feeding box is equipped with an equalizing device to ensure that the material entering the tank is uniform in the length direction of the roller. The wear-resistant layer is adhered to the surface of the groove and the outer surface of the magnetic roller, thereby increasing the wear resistance and prolonging the service life. The particle size of the beneficiation is up to 16mm. The magnetic content of tailings decreased significantly, and the magnetic content of the tailings dropped by 1-3% compared with the common magnetic separation equipment. The magnetic system is designed with large package angle, the separation process is lengthened, and the concentrate grade is increased by 2-4%.
