Introduction of working principle

The ore pulp flow in the tangential direction to the central cylinder,then flows out of the bottom edge after being buffered.The slurry flows out radially to the surrounding overflow weir.In this process,the coarse particles whose sedimentation velocity is greater than the partial velocity of liquid flow will sink in the tank and through the bottom sediment discharge.Fine particles enter the overflow tank with the surface slurry.The feed particle size are less than 2mm.Classification size are 75μor to be more fine.
